Exterior hardscapes take a beating in Florida. Pavers fade, travertine stains, joints wash out, and edges sink. Exterior hardscape restoration fixes all of it in one coordinated project, so your outdoor spaces look and work like new again.
Since 2006, the owners of Paver Sealing Florida have restored paver and stone hardscapes across Tampa Bay. We're licensed and insured, Trident Master Certified, and we do the cleaning and sealing ourselves.
What We Restore
- Brick paver driveways, patios, walkways, and pool decks
- Travertine, marble, limestone, and shellstone
- Pool coping, steps, and seat walls
- Fire pit areas and outdoor kitchens

Our Stone Hardscape Restoration Process
- Inspect and plan. We check stains, joints, old sealer, drainage, and any sunken or broken pieces.
- Repair. We work with the highest rated local paver installers to assure repairs are done correctly before sealing.
- Strip if needed. Failed, cloudy, or peeling sealer is removed.
- Deep clean and treat stains. Rust, mildew, efflorescence, and oil are treated with products matched to the surface.
- Re-sand the joints. ASTM C144 joint sand is washed deep into the joints.
- Seal. A joint-stabilizing sealer for pavers or a breathable stone sealer for natural stone.
Restoration vs. Replacement
If the base under your pavers is solid, restoration is almost always the smarter choice. It keeps the hardscape you already paid for and makes it look new for a fraction of the cost of tearing it out.

Customer Reviews: Hardscape Restoration
We hired them after seeing the quality of their work at several of our neighbors.
They even had to strip off the old, incompletely applied, sealant first, in order to ensure that the new sealant would last and would look good.
We were very pleased with the end result and found them to be very professional and knowledgeable.
These guys are the best! They took the time to explain the process and why the exact steps where needed.
My pavers were disgusting but they were able to "bring them back" and they now look new again.
They stripped the old sealant, removed all stains, treated my pavers for efluorescence, did another treatment that cleaned the pavers, sanded the joints and then applied the sealant.
They cleaned the work area and vaccummed the pool to remove any sand or debris that may have entered the pool during treatment.
I would highly recommend these two old guys!
Sam and Steve are the best in the area at what they do. We used another paver company when we had to have our pavers repaired and they would only do it if they could seal it too. Long story short after peeling sealant and it being slippery as ice, we called Sam and Steve. They had to use a stripping compound to remove the old before sealing our pavers. Learn from us....use the best company in the area Paver Sealing Florida. Their workmanship and effort to detail is a joy to watch. You won't regret calling Sam and Steve.

Hardscape Restoration FAQs
What is hardscape restoration?
It's bringing outdoor stone and paver surfaces back to like-new condition: deep cleaning, stain treatment, repairs, fresh joint sand, and sealing, all in one project.
Which hardscapes can be restored?
Paver driveways, patios, walkways, and pool decks; travertine and marble decks; shellstone and coquina; seat walls, steps, fire pit areas, and pool coping.
Is restoration better than replacing my pavers?
Usually, if the base is sound. Restoration costs a fraction of replacement and can make faded, stained pavers look new again.
Do you handle repairs?
We work with the highest rated local paver installers to assure your repairs are done correctly before sealing, then we clean, sand, and seal the whole area.
How long does a hardscape restoration take?
Most residential projects take one to three days, depending on size, repairs, and whether old sealer must be stripped.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Paver Sealing Florida is licensed and insured for all Florida counties, and we provide a vendor packet on request for HOAs, property managers, and commercial clients.
