What Our Customers Say

5/5 Stars – Exceptional Quality and True Professionals!

Sam and Steve did an incredible job sealing our new travertine pool deck and lanai. From start to finish, their level of service, expertise, and attention to detail were second to none.

What really set them apart:

• Next-Level Thoroughness & Modern Solutions: Sam took a sample of our actual travertine, had Steve work on it off-site, and brought it back to us so we could evaluate the non-skid finish in advance of any work being done. They even brought in newer, cutting-edge products to give us the best and most up-to-date options on the market.
• Miracle Stain Removal: We had a stubborn box stain that my wife and I spent hours trying to remove using a professional product, with zero luck. Sam and Steve worked their magic, and the spot is now completely invisible!
• Seamless Experience: They were quick with pricing, prompt with scheduling, meticulous during the application, and left the entire area spotless when they finished.

They came highly recommended to us by a trusted friend, the owner of local pool company we’ve known for 50 years, and their results completely speak for themselves. If you need travertine sealing (pavers too) or restoration, look no further than Sam and Steve we will definitely be repeat customers!

Our travertine was stained and dull. The crew stripped the old layers off and resealed it. They did a great job. It looks like new!

Had a great experience with Steve and Sam. Both are highly professional and do excellent work. We are repeat customers in Riverview and definitely recommend them.

Sam and Steve are the best in the area at what they do. We used another paver company when we had to have our pavers repaired and they would only do it if they could seal it too. Long story short after peeling sealant and it being slippery as ice, we called Sam and Steve. They had to use a stripping compound to remove the old before sealing our pavers. Learn from us....use the best company in the area Paver Sealing Florida. Their workmanship and effort to detail is a joy to watch. You won't regret calling Sam and Steve.

Steven and crew did a fabulous job and I highly recommend this company for their professional service, start to finish including clean up. Great family owned company.

Sam and Steve were great. They explained the entire process. They were very reliable arriving when they said they would and completed the job in a timely matter. They put back the furniture and even washed the windows near where they worked. We HIGHLY recomment them.

This is the second time we have had Paver Sealing Florida do our pavers around our pool area and they go above and beyond to do an excellent job! I would highly recommend.

Highly recommend - Last week Sam and Steve from Paver Sealing Florida did an excellent job of cleaning, sanding, and sealing the pavers in our driveway and backyard. Sam provided us with a thorough estimate of the multi-step process and cost for 3,000 square feet of pavers. They did exactly what they said they would do and the final price was what was quoted. Our pavers look amazing! We were happily surprised when they power vacuumed the pool after sanding to get any sand spillage out. Then they added a filler sock to the skimmer so any overspray would not get into the pool filter while sealing the pavers. We were so appreciative of their due diligence! Thank you Sam and Steve!

We had Sam and Steve come out to clean, sand, and seal our outdoor pool area travertine . We are very happy with the results !!

They took the time to thoroughly clean the surface, and address problem areas. The sealant they use is fantastic. Does not leave a thick film. Our travertine looks brand new, with a beautiful, natural finish that really enhances the entire pool area. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it shows in the final result. Reasonably priced too!

Steve and Sam just finished cleaning and sealing my pool deck, patio, front walkway, and driveway. Because of their excellent reviews, my expectations were high—and they absolutely delivered. They arrived on time, were incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and treated my home as if it were their own. On top of that, they're super friendly. Don’t hesitate to hire them!

Outstanding job on our paver driveway and porch. The very experienced team removed oil stains and tire cleaner that I thought I was stuck with. It probably helped that they had sealed our driveway 3 years ago. Definitely, recommend; thank you Sam & Steve!

Steve and Sam did such a wonderful job, took extra care of entire patio are, including vacuuming the pool, cleaned all our screens vacuum every doorway. What a great company. If you are looking for professional work I highly recommend them.

Second time using these guys and they are awesome. Always satisfied with their work and price.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. They did a fantastic job sealing our pavers, and look amazing. Professional, reliable, and detail oriented. Would absolutely recommend!

Wonderful experience from start to finish. They sealed our patio three years ago, and we were so pleased that we had them back again today. This time they also sealed our landscaping curbing, and everything looks fantastic. Great customer service and excellent workmanship—we couldn’t be happier.

Steve and Sam are great! They did an immaculate job sealing my driveway pavers and left the place spotless at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company!

Search no further. Schedule your paver maintenance or restoration service with Paver Sealing FL. Steve and Sam cleaned, filled and sealed our driveway and lanai. They were timely, communicated well, informative and careful with our property. Not to mention, they are genuinely nice people. They’re officially on our contact list for future services. Highly recommend.

Always does excellent work on cleaning and coating my pool pavers. Im loyal customer since 2020.

Sam & Steve are the best. We are repeat customers. They sealed the deck around the pool, driveway and porch. They do a professional job with great attention to detail. They also do a great job of cleaning up afterwards. Everything looks great and lasts for a good deal of time. We highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Sam and Steve for any paver cleaning and sealing work you may need. One thing I really appreciate is their explanation of all the work they will perform prior to giving an estimate. They have very fair pricing!! The work was phenomenal my travertine pool deck is 17 years old they cleaned and stripped off the old sealer and resealed and it looks like I have a brand NEW pool deck again!! Give them a call!!

They sealed my pavers today and did a GREAT job. Attention to detail and masters at their trade 👌

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Steve came out the day after I called him on a Sunday. He was very professional & he explained every detail of what they would do, including cleaning all of the pavers including getting all of the mold & weeds that were coming thru them. He also said that they would clean the screens on the porch as well as the mold on the outside of the pavers outside the patio & our front porch. He said they would put 3 coats of sealant as well as fill the areas that needed sand. They even moved the heavy furniture. We went over the price which was great, & 2 days later while we were away and did everything he said they would & did a great job. Steve even came out when we got home to help move furniture back onto the porch. I will definitely use them again & tell all my friends about them.

These guys are the best! They took the time to explain the process and why the exact steps where needed.

My pavers were disgusting but they were able to "bring them back" and they now look new again.

They stripped the old sealant, removed all stains, treated my pavers for efluorescence, did another treatment that cleaned the pavers, sanded the joints and then applied the sealant.

They cleaned the work area and vaccummed the pool to remove any sand or debris that may have entered the pool during treatment.

I would highly recommend these two old guys!

They do excellent work and great communication.

I highly recommend this company!!! Steve the owner and his brother do all the work themselves. I am highly impressed with the level of excellence when they sealed my natural stone pool deck and cleaned the screened in cage. They did a really nice job!!! I will never use anyone else again. It’s a level of quality I had not seen before with other companies.

Sam and Steve are total professionals! Their service and product are superb and our pavers look phenomenal. They also ensure the area and pool has been cleaned and vacuumed to ensure they leave it better than they found it. I am totally impressed with this company. Highly recommended if you want an HONEST AND COMPLETE job.

I’m so happy that I found Steven & Sam they are both incredibly knowledgeable. What I found most impressive is their honesty and reliability. They walked me through the project details and then they did exactly what they told me they would do. They showed up when they said they would and did a fantastic job. They both take great pride in their work and it shows. Companies like this are incredibly rare and hard to find. If you need your pavers sealed and done correctly, look no further and give them a call.

I hired Steve after talking to two other companies. The reason I decided on Paver Sealing Florida was due to Steve’s thorough explanation of the sealing process and cost for materials etc…Steve’s crew arrived 15 minutes early for my scheduled appointment and completed all the work by the afternoon.

Later that evening we experienced heavy rain fall the same day of the sealing process . Surprisingly, everything held up exceptionally well, however, before I could even reach out, Steve was at my property the following day to inspect everything after the rain we had the night before. He decided to add another coat of sealant at no cost just to ensure everything will hold up well. I am extremely impressed by the quality and professionalism of Paver Sealing Florida.

If you’re in the process of find a paver sealing company for your property, look no further, these guys will go above and beyond to ensure a quality product. 5 stars!

These guys are the real deal. Very prompt response to my request for a quote. They showed up when they said they would delivered on there promise the make my driveway look like the best in my neighborhood. You cannot go wrong choosing Paver Sea Sealing Florida.

Steve and Sam Sadler were great. We recently moved into our home and had stained and dingy pavers around the entire pool deck. Many weeds starting to pop up between the joints of the pavers in many areas. Steve thoroughly explained the multi step procedure to clean, resand and seal the pavers. They arrived exactly when they said and were very efficient and thorough! They cleaned up entire area when they were done and the pool deck looks amazing. Highly recommend this company and these brothers. Fee was more than reasonable for the work that was done. Very pleased with the whole experience!

Sam and Steve at Paver Sealing Florida just finished sealing our paver pool deck and driveway and they look awesome! We just had a new pool built and we had a large preexisting deck that was about 7 years old. We had our pool builder (Integrity Pools) reuse our old deck pavers that were removed. They had 7 years of grime built up on them and honestly we weren’t sure that they could be brought back to life. Sam and Steve completely revived them and you’d think we just had brand new pavers installed! Sam and Steve are great to work with and very meticulous. They treat your property like it’s their own, which is very hard to come by these days. We are very pleased with the final results and we highly recommend them.

Steve and Sam are the hardest working guys you will find. Their knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail is impressive. Covering my plants, cleaning the pool, picking up debris and respect of my propery gave the impression they were working at their own home. The finished product is amazing. Thanks again guys.

I want to say we had a very good experience with Steven. He came out within a day of me calling him, he gave us a estimate and came out as soon as he could. They had the job done in a day and it ended up being the exact amount of the estimate. My wife and I are so happy with the work.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They truly are customer oriented. They scheduled an appointment for an estimate within a few days of us calling. They started on the paver sealing the following week, showed up early that morning and worked until 5pm. They took their time, paid attention to the little details and cleaned up around the doors. They wiped down the edge of the pool screen where some sealer had gotten on it. My pavers look brand new, and I could not be happier. Sam and Steve are both professional and courteous.

While calling around for estimates for my new paver pool deck, Steve came out quickly and was very knowledgeable in his craft. He explained everything perfectly and even added cleaning my brick grill for no extra charge. And while most places will make a mess of the dirt and sand which all ends up in the pool while cleaning, they even vacuum the pool to clean any dirt they added themselves! Steve and Sam did a great job in removing the stains from the pavers and the sealing itself and did it all in one day. Nobody had to “come back tomorrow to finish it up”. I would highly recommend Paver Sealing Florida for any sealing job you need done!

Sam and Steve were prompt, candid, professional, and respectful. They paid attention to detail and listened carefully. They worked efficiently and the results are better than expected.

Steve and Sam did a great job on our driveway and porch paver sealing. Great communication, on time, clear on instructions, and meticulous about clean up. Recommend them highly and will use them again in the future. Thx guys!

Steve and Sam his brother did an excellent job on our driveway. Thry used quality products and our driveway looks beautiful and the wet look we wanted. I would highly recommend this company for our future projects.

We recently had our driveway, back patio, and pool deck pavers sealed by Paving Sealing Florida and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and detail-oriented. They took the time to properly prep all areas, used high-quality materials, and left everything looking absolutely pristine.

Our pavers look brand new—clean, vibrant, and protected. The transformation was incredible, and we’ve already received compliments. Highly recommend Paving Sealing Florida to anyone looking for top-notch sealing work. Great value and even better service!

I had Paver Sealing Florida seal my driveway, backyard patio, and pool deck pavers, and they did an outstanding job. The team was efficient, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. They paid close attention to every detail and made sure everything was done right.

The finished product looks amazing—like everything was freshly installed. The color of the pavers really pops now, and the surface is protected and easy to maintain. I’m beyond satisfied with the quality of their work and would definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Paver Sealing Florida. Steve and Sam were very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. They worked at our house two days, cleaned and sealed our lanai and driveway. The transformation of our 4 year old pavers was amazing. They brought back colors in our pavers we forgot were there. We will definitely be calling them again. Top notch 5 out of 5 rating!

Sam & Steve did an amazing job re-sealing our pavers. Not only do they come out and quote the job personally, but they also perform the job themselves, so you are dealing with the same folks through the entire process. They were timely, in and out in a day and treated our property very respectfully. They did a great job cleaning up after the job was done and even vacuumed our pool. Our pavers look practically brand new! We will certainly be using them again in the future.

Very professional. Sam and Steve did excellent work. First class.

They did a GREAT job sealing the pavers on my driveway and walkway. They even power washed my patio as a gratis. I HIGHLY recommend them and will use them again!

What a blessing to have such dedicated professionals as Steve and Sam, who go above and beyond to deliver a superb and thorough service. I knew from using them previously that they were proficient, but they surprised me by adding new technology to their cleaning and sealing. The pool cleaning was an added bonus, as was the selection of sand tints tailored to the paver tones. As usual, they surpassed my expectations by also pressure washing my pool screens, filtering out sealer from my filtration system, and vacuuming out sand from my slider door tracks. They are the best and their prices are very competitive.

Steve and crew are amazing. The guys truly care about the customer and provide great service. Highly recommend!!

Amazing service with a highly dedicated team. We use this paver sealing team every time and will continue to call on them, to keep our pavers in great condition!

The pavers in my newly purchased home were gray and dingy. Once they cleaned and sealed them they are beautiful with lovely pink hues. I am thrilled with the results! I highly recommend Paver Sealing Florida!!

Great job, did everything professional and as they quoted. They were prompt and cleaned up afterwards. They were very informative and courteous.

Super job! They were professional, showed up on time, exceeded my expectations in every way and we’re all around. Easy to work with. Thank you so much for the fabulous service.!

Fantastic job! Very happy with the work. They re-sanded and added three coats of sealer to our pavers. The sealer even hid a few acid stains we had from pool chemicals. You can hardly see it now. They took a lot of care around our pool - using their own vacuum to help keep sand out of the system and a filter to keep the sealer from being recycled through the skimmer. I am super happy with how it turned out and will be calling them back again when it’s time to reseal in a few years :) Thank you!!!

Hired paver sealing for our rear patio pavers around the swimming pool. These guys are professional. They did an amazing job. They kept us in the loop the entire process on what they were doing, when they were arriving, and when they left. We even had to have some pavers replaced by our pool installation company, and the guys came back; and resealed the pavers that were replaced. Great guys to work with! We definitely will have them out again in a couple years when it’s time to reseal again.

Excellent work. Owners Actually do the work and take great care. Very please with the results!

Paver Sealing Florida sealed my driveway yesterday and did an amazing job! We had some oil stains on our pavers and they were able to remove them! Our home is only 2 years old and our driveway looks brand new again! The owners of the company are two brothers (Sam & Steve) and they were both professional and very nice!. Thanks again for the fabulous job! I would definitely recommend them!

Did a great job! Thanka again

I previously had my lanai pavers cleaned and sealed with Paver Sealing Florida and contacted them again based on that experience. They do excellent work, are professional, responsive, thorough and punctual.

I have used Paver Sealing Florida to keep our pavers sealed since ever since we moved to Tampa six years ago. Steve and Sam do excellent work. They are thorough, show up when they say they will, and charge fair and reasonable prices. If you need pavers or concrete sealed you could do better than Paver Sealing Florida.

Sam and Steve were the absolute best to work with. They arrived on time, and explained what they were going to do. They made our pavers shine like never before. We are 100% satisfied with their quality of work. These two brothers are very professional and you can see the care they put into their work. Thank you.

The guys from Paver Sealing Florida did an outstanding job providing long lasting sealant to our pavers. They did a thorough job and protected our pool from any damage due to the process. Thanks for a job well done!

This is the second time that I have used Steve and Sam. They again did an amazing job. My pavers look brand new. I am so happy with the quality of work. They are very professional and punctual. You will not be disappointed.

This company has sealed our pavers several times over the years. They are on time, very experienced, and pay attention to details (ex.cleaned our pool and made sure nothing was allowed in our pool filter). Additionally, their very friendly and respectful. I highly recommend them. Jerry M. Kyle Valrico Florida

Low bid on our hoa pool deck paver clean, sand and seal project. This was a large commercial project, and these guys went beyond our expectations. The deck was neglected for years, and they brought it back under budget, with quality work. We have got all positive comments from our members, and we will use them again in two years. 5 stars!

Steve and Sam did a great job! I can't believe how much better my driveway and walkway pavers look. They look like they did 10 years ago when I first put them in!

Steve and his brother came by and did my patio pavers all in a day. The job looks phenomenal and they revived life into my pavers. Very happy with how professional and detailed they were with the job. All spots that had any plant growth were thoroughly dug out, chemically handled to kill the growth and then re sanded. Very pleased with their work and I will definitely be calling Steve again when it’s time to reseal.

This company exceeded my expectations. I’m very pleased with the results. They are professional, punctual & pricing is very fair. I called on Tuesday, they came by for an In person consultation on Wednesday, then began work on Thursday morning. Great work ethic & excellent attention to detail. I’m very happy w/ the work & my patio, courtyard & driveway look beautiful! They even did my sidewalk! I highly recommend them & I intend to have them do additional maintenance.

Very professional company. They were responsive, did a quality job and left their work site very clean. I would recommend them to anyone who wants the job done the right way !

We hired them after seeing the quality of their work at several of our neighbors.

They even had to strip off the old, incompletely applied, sealant first, in order to ensure that the new sealant would last and would look good.

We were very pleased with the end result and found them to be very professional and knowledgeable.

We had recently had pavers installed from our driveway to the front door. Upon completion we needed to have the newly installed pavers sealed. In connecting with various sources to get the pavers sealed I was quite surprised at most company’s minimum charge. Almost giving up I came across Paver Sealing Florida. Not only was their minimum charge very reasonable but it came with excellent customer service, attention to detail and a high degree of knowledge & professionalism. We have recommended them to our friends and will be utilizing their services in the future.

We have used Steve and Sam’s company to clean and seal our pool area 3 times. They did the initial sealing after we had our pool and pavers put in and we have been using them since then. They do great work ( see pic) and are very professional, punctual and really nice guys. You won’t be disappointed.

Paver Sealing Florida did and excellent job on cleaning and sealing our pool pavers. Very professional, scheduled it promptly, and kept it contact with me through the whole process. Will definitely be using them again.

Sam & Steve did a great job, worked fast, removed all stains, and applied 3 coats of sealer. The pavers actually sparkle in the sun with the paver color shining throughout the pool deck. I was worried about the sand used around the pool area, but when they were done it was not gritty, and looked sharp. They did a wonderful job, highly recommended, and will use them again when needed again.

Does an amazing job. There was great communication and the pavers came out great!

Very professional and experienced and it shows. I highly recommend Steve and his company.

Very professional work. Steve and Sam are just the best, you can see the magic happen right before your eyes. The best clean/sand/seal I have had since moving to Florida! I highly recommend this company !!

These guys know their stuff. I can't give them a high enough score!! Whoever doesn't like these guys are silly. Great company!!

Excellent customer service, courteous, and responsive. This company did an amazing job sealing my patio and ensured that the house looked amazing.

The professionalism, attention to detail and finished product of Steve and his crew was first class all the way. From the initial estimate, Steve was very thorough in explaining their extensive process to ensure you have a patio that looks brand news and is prepared to last. His team came on a Saturday to do the job as it had rained the day before, they are committed to their customers and my wife and I are very pleased with how incredible our patio now looks. Highly recommend Steve and Paver Sealing Florida.

Steve did a great job with my driveway and entryway, he even sent before and after pictures. They look as good as new!

I had a very positive experience working with Steve. He took the time to explain things and work with me. It is refreshing to experience great customer service.

Very knowledgable, great communication, would definitely hire them again. My patio looks beautiful!

I really like how they pay attention to details, very professional and knowledgeable, definitely recommend to friends and family, thanks guys

Great job sealing my pavers. Great customer service, everything looks great !

We’re very impressed. A definitely 5-Star Customer Service and professionalism. Our travertine pool deck looks amazing. I highly recommend Paver Sealing Florida...You won't be disappointed.

What great customer service! I’ve had these folks do 3 separate paver sealing jobs for me over the last 2 years, and they don’t disappoint. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. I’ve got a terrific looking driveway and lanai, and am complimented often on how nice they look. Steve and Sam are the best, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone... top notch work at a reasonable price!

Steve and his team does amazing work, very reasonable prices, and very professional. I highly recommend them to anyone needing their pavers restored.

We needed to have our pool deck pavers completely refinished. We called three companies to compare quotes. Two were "full service" providers (move patio furniture on/off, clean pool after job was complete), but their prices were SIGNIFICANTLY higher. Steven did an EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL job using the same product materials as the high priced competitors. We moved the furniture and cleaned the pool ourselves and saved MANY hundreds of dollars. We will be recommending his services to all of our friends and neighbors. Thank you, Steven!
