Sandblasted marble has a textured, matte surface created by blasting the face of the stone. Around Florida pools, that texture offers better grip than polished stone while keeping the marble's natural veining.
Benefits of Sandblasted Marble
- Better traction when wet than polished stone
- Matte, low-glare look
- Natural veining and color
- Comfortable underfoot around pools

The Care It Needs
The same texture that adds grip also holds dirt and mildew, and marble reacts to acids in many cleaners and pool chemicals. Gentle, stone-safe cleaning and a breathable penetrating sealer keep it looking its best. See marble paver sealing.
Our Process
- Test cleaners and sealer on a small area.
- Clean with non-acidic cleaners and controlled pressure.
- Treat mildew, rust, and mineral deposits safely.
- Apply a penetrating sealer.

Customer Reviews: Sandblasted Marble
Steve and Sam Sadler were great. We recently moved into our home and had stained and dingy pavers around the entire pool deck. Many weeds starting to pop up between the joints of the pavers in many areas. Steve thoroughly explained the multi step procedure to clean, resand and seal the pavers. They arrived exactly when they said and were very efficient and thorough! They cleaned up entire area when they were done and the pool deck looks amazing. Highly recommend this company and these brothers. Fee was more than reasonable for the work that was done. Very pleased with the whole experience!
We had Sam and Steve come out to clean, sand, and seal our outdoor pool area travertine . We are very happy with the results !!
They took the time to thoroughly clean the surface, and address problem areas. The sealant they use is fantastic. Does not leave a thick film. Our travertine looks brand new, with a beautiful, natural finish that really enhances the entire pool area. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it shows in the final result. Reasonably priced too!
I highly recommend Sam and Steve for any paver cleaning and sealing work you may need. One thing I really appreciate is their explanation of all the work they will perform prior to giving an estimate. They have very fair pricing!! The work was phenomenal my travertine pool deck is 17 years old they cleaned and stripped off the old sealer and resealed and it looks like I have a brand NEW pool deck again!! Give them a call!!
