PolySweep is a proprietary blend of polymers and ASTM C144 joint sand. Once activated with water, it sets into a semi-solid joint that stays flexible while resisting sand loss, weeds, and insects.
When We Use It
- Rebuilt or re-leveled areas
- Projects where a polymer joint is preferred

How We Install PolySweep
- Clean and dry the pavers and joints completely.
- Sweep the sand in and compact it so the joints fill fully.
- Leave it about 1/8 in. below the surface and blow every grain off the paver faces so no haze is left.
- Mist to activate with a gentle shower setting, in stages, without flooding.
- Keep it dry while it sets, then seal once it has cured if you want a sealed finish.
PolySweep vs. Regular Joint Sand and Sealer
Polymeric sand hardens on its own, which makes it a good fit for new installs, rebuilt or re-leveled areas, and wide joints. For most resealing jobs on existing pavers, we use ASTM C144 joint sand plus a joint-stabilizing sealer like Hurricane CAT 5, which hardens the sand and seals the pavers in one step. Customer Reviews: Polysweep Polymeric Sand
What a blessing to have such dedicated professionals as Steve and Sam, who go above and beyond to deliver a superb and thorough service. I knew from using them previously that they were proficient, but they surprised me by adding new technology to their cleaning and sealing. The pool cleaning was an added bonus, as was the selection of sand tints tailored to the paver tones. As usual, they surpassed my expectations by also pressure washing my pool screens, filtering out sealer from my filtration system, and vacuuming out sand from my slider door tracks. They are the best and their prices are very competitive.
These guys are the best! They took the time to explain the process and why the exact steps where needed.
My pavers were disgusting but they were able to "bring them back" and they now look new again.
They stripped the old sealant, removed all stains, treated my pavers for efluorescence, did another treatment that cleaned the pavers, sanded the joints and then applied the sealant.
They cleaned the work area and vaccummed the pool to remove any sand or debris that may have entered the pool during treatment.
I would highly recommend these two old guys!
Fantastic job! Very happy with the work. They re-sanded and added three coats of sealer to our pavers. The sealer even hid a few acid stains we had from pool chemicals. You can hardly see it now. They took a lot of care around our pool - using their own vacuum to help keep sand out of the system and a filter to keep the sealer from being recycled through the skimmer. I am super happy with how it turned out and will be calling them back again when it’s time to reseal in a few years :) Thank you!!!
