Apollo Beach is waterfront living on Tampa Bay, from canal-front homes to MiraBay and Waterset. Salt air, salt water pools, and full sun are hard on pavers and travertine, so the right sealer matters here.

Paver Sealing Florida is a family-owned, licensed and insured company based about 19 road miles southwest in Brandon. Steve and Sam measure every Apollo Beach job in person and do the cleaning and sealing themselves.

Common Paver Problems in Apollo Beach

  • Salt air and salt water pool damage
  • HOA rules on finishes and sand colors

Pressure Washing in Apollo Beach

Living on Tampa Bay is great for boating and sunsets. It is not so great for pavers. Salt air settles on every flat surface, and full sun bakes it in. Our pressure washing in Apollo Beach takes that film off before it starts breaking down your stone.

Surfaces We Clean Near the Water

We work all over the 33572 ZIP code, from canal-front homes to MiraBay and Waterset. A typical visit covers some or all of these:

  • Concrete driveways and sidewalks: oil, rust, and mildew treated first, then cleaned with a commercial surface cleaner for an even, stripe-free look.
  • Paver driveways and patios: washed at a pressure that leaves the joint sand where it belongs.
  • Pool decks: salt water pools leave crusty deposits on the deck, and we lift them out.
  • Travertine, marble, and natural stone: low pressure and stone-safe cleaners only, so nothing gets etched.

Newer homes in Waterset often show efflorescence, a white haze rising out of the pavers. We remove it during cleaning so it never gets trapped under a sealer.

Wash Now, Seal the Same Visit

A clean surface is the best time to protect it. Many Apollo Beach homeowners add re-sanding and sealing right after the wash. A breathable sealer helps keep salt from soaking back in. If your HOA needs approval first, we can give you product information and a written scope.

Paver Cleaning in Apollo Beach

Salt is the quiet problem on Apollo Beach pavers. It soaks into unsealed brick and stone, dries into crystals, and slowly wears the surface down. A deep clean pulls out salt, algae, and grime so the pavers can be protected.

Pool deck paver cleaning matters here, since many homes have salt water pools. We also handle patio paver cleaning on screened lanais and driveway paver cleaning for homes in MiraBay and Waterset. Every job gets the pressure matched to the material.

Most owners choose paver cleaning and sealing together. We seal with Trident Hurricane CAT 5, and you can read more on our pool deck cleaning and sealing page. Our full paver cleaning service page explains the steps.

Heading down the shore? We also offer paver cleaning in SouthShore Bay.

Travertine and Marble Sealing in Apollo Beach

Salt is the big issue for stone in Apollo Beach. Canal-front homes, MiraBay, and Waterset all sit close to Tampa Bay, and many pools here run on salt. Salt water soaks into travertine, dries into crystals, and slowly wears the surface. If you want travertine sealing near Apollo Beach, we clean with low pressure and stone-safe products. Then we apply a breathable travertine pool deck sealer in a natural or enhanced finish. Coping takes the most splash-out, so pool coping sealing gets extra attention on every deck. We also seal stone just down the shore in Ruskin travertine homes.

Marble Pavers and Coping in Apollo Beach

Marble reacts to acids, so outdoor marble cleaning here uses gentle, marble-safe cleaners only. For outdoor marble sealing in Apollo Beach, we use a penetrating sealer with no wet-look film. A fresh-water rinse between visits keeps salt out of the pores. Need HOA approval first? We'll send product details and a written scope.

What Paver Sealing Costs in Apollo Beach

Most professional paver cleaning and sealing jobs in Apollo Beach run about $1.75 to $3.00 or more per square foot, depending on the condition of your pavers, the sealer and finish you choose, and how much repair and joint sand they need. Every estimate is free, written, and based on measured square footage. See the full paver sealing cost guide.

What We See on Apollo Beach Properties

Salt Air and Salt Water Pools

Being close to Tampa Bay or the Gulf means salt in the air and often salt water pools. Salt soaks into unsealed pavers and stone, then crystallizes and breaks down the surface over time. A breathable sealer helps keep salt out.

HOA Rules and Approvals

Many communities here have HOA rules about exterior work, finishes, or work hours. We're happy to provide product information and a written scope for your approval request.

Pool Decks

Pool decks see sun, chlorine or salt, and bare feet every day. We clean and seal pool decks, then clean the pool the same day so you're back in the water fast.

New Construction and Efflorescence

Newer homes often show efflorescence, a white powdery haze that comes up out of new pavers. It needs to be removed before sealing, or the sealer can trap it and look cloudy.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Steve came out the day after I called him on a Sunday. He was very professional & he explained every detail of what they would do, including cleaning all of the pavers including getting all of the mold & weeds that were coming thru them. He also said that they would clean the screens on the porch as well as the mold on the outside of the pavers outside the patio & our front porch. He said they would put 3 coats of sealant as well as fill the areas that needed sand. They even moved the heavy furniture. We went over the price which was great, & 2 days later while we were away and did everything he said they would & did a great job. Steve even came out when we got home to help move furniture back onto the porch. I will definitely use them again & tell all my friends about them.

I hired Steve after talking to two other companies. The reason I decided on Paver Sealing Florida was due to Steve’s thorough explanation of the sealing process and cost for materials etc…Steve’s crew arrived 15 minutes early for my scheduled appointment and completed all the work by the afternoon.

Later that evening we experienced heavy rain fall the same day of the sealing process . Surprisingly, everything held up exceptionally well, however, before I could even reach out, Steve was at my property the following day to inspect everything after the rain we had the night before. He decided to add another coat of sealant at no cost just to ensure everything will hold up well. I am extremely impressed by the quality and professionalism of Paver Sealing Florida.

If you’re in the process of find a paver sealing company for your property, look no further, these guys will go above and beyond to ensure a quality product. 5 stars!

Sam and Steve at Paver Sealing Florida just finished sealing our paver pool deck and driveway and they look awesome! We just had a new pool built and we had a large preexisting deck that was about 7 years old. We had our pool builder (Integrity Pools) reuse our old deck pavers that were removed. They had 7 years of grime built up on them and honestly we weren’t sure that they could be brought back to life. Sam and Steve completely revived them and you’d think we just had brand new pavers installed! Sam and Steve are great to work with and very meticulous. They treat your property like it’s their own, which is very hard to come by these days. We are very pleased with the final results and we highly recommend them.

Apollo Beach FAQs

Do you offer free estimates in Apollo Beach?

Yes. We measure your project in Apollo Beach and give you a free written estimate with the actual square footage.

My pavers are new. When should I seal them?

Many installers suggest about 60 to 90 days so efflorescence can surface and be cleaned. We'll check your pavers and recommend timing.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Paver Sealing Florida is licensed and insured for all Florida counties, and we provide a vendor packet on request.

Do you serve MiraBay?

Yes. We work throughout Apollo Beach, including MiraBay, Waterset, canal-front homes off Tampa Bay, and nearby Riverview, Gibsonton, Ruskin, Sun City Center.

How long does paver sealing last in Apollo Beach?

Most sealed pavers in Apollo Beach last about 2 to 5 years before they need resealing. Full sun, vehicle traffic, irrigation overspray, and salt air shorten that window.

How far is Apollo Beach from your office?

About 20 road miles southwest of our Brandon office. We schedule free estimates 7 days a week, 8 AM to 8 PM.

What does paver sealing cost in Apollo Beach?

Estimated costs in Apollo Beach run around $1.75 to $3.00 or more per square foot, based on the condition of your paver system: size, stains, old sealer, and the surface. See our paver sealing cost guide, or get a free written estimate.

Do Apollo Beach HOAs require approval to seal pavers?

Some do, especially for color-enhancing or wet-look finishes. We can provide product information and a written scope for your HOA request.

Does salt air affect pavers in Apollo Beach?

Yes. Salt soaks into unsealed pavers and stone and can wear the surface over time. A breathable sealer reduces how much salt gets in.

Do you guarantee your work?

Yes. We offer a Lifetime Guarantee on labor: if our work was done incorrectly, we will gladly reseal it at no charge. Sealing products carry a manufacturer warranty, typically one year. See our guarantee.

Do you offer pressure washing in Apollo Beach?

Yes. We pressure wash concrete driveways, sidewalks, paver patios, pool decks, and natural stone in Apollo Beach, and can re-sand and seal pavers on the same visit. Call or text (813) 389-3683.

How much does paver sealing cost in Apollo Beach?

Most cleaning and sealing jobs in Apollo Beach run about $1.75 to $3.00 or more per square foot, based on condition, finish, repairs, and joint sand. Estimates are free and written.

Do you seal pavers in MiraBay?

Yes. We clean, sand, and seal pavers and pressure wash driveways across Apollo Beach, including MiraBay and Waterset, and follow HOA guidelines for sealer finish and sand color when needed.

Do you pressure wash pool decks with salt water pools in Apollo Beach?

Yes. Salt water pools leave deposits on pavers and stone, and salt air adds more. We clean the deck at the right pressure for the material, using low pressure on travertine. Many Apollo Beach owners then seal the deck to help keep salt out.

Can you clean new pavers in Waterset that have a white haze?

Yes. That white haze is efflorescence, and it is common on newer homes in Apollo Beach. We remove it during paver cleaning so it is not trapped under the sealer. Sealing over it can leave a cloudy look that is hard to fix.

Is salt water bad for travertine in Apollo Beach?

It can be. Salt water splashes onto the deck, soaks in, and dries into crystals that wear the stone over time. Sealing reduces how much salt gets in, and rinsing the deck and coping with fresh water often helps a lot near Tampa Bay.
