Pressure Washing in Plant City

Plant City is famous for the Florida Strawberry Festival. Around here, it's also known for orange-stained driveways. Many homes run irrigation on well water, and the iron in it leaves rust on pavers, walls, and pool decks that a pressure washer can't remove alone.
Rust, Clay, and Shade
Plant City grime comes from a few places. Well water rust is the biggest. Bigger lots also mean sand, clay, and dust tracked onto long driveways and patios. Then there are the oaks and pines, which drop leaves, pollen, and tannins and keep corners shady enough for black mildew and green algae.
We handle each one in order. Rust gets a stain-safe treatment first. Mildew and algae get a low-pressure, soft-wash style treatment. Then we clean with commercial surface cleaners for an even, stripe-free finish.
Surfaces We Clean in Plant City
- Concrete driveways and sidewalks, with oil and tire marks treated
- Paver driveways and patios, washed so the joint sand stays put
- Pool decks, including travertine and natural stone at low pressure
- Brick walkways and stone fire pits
From Walden Lake to historic downtown homes, we measure larger properties carefully and give you a written estimate with the real square footage. If you want the clean look to last, add sealing to the same visit. Because we treat rust before sealing, it isn't locked in under the sealer. Paver Cleaning in Plant City

Walden Lake patios and long rural driveways both pick up sand, clay, and dust. Rinsing it off isn't enough. It settles into the joints and dulls the color.
Our driveway paver cleaning lifts that dirt, plus rust from well-fed sprinklers and tannin stains from oak leaves. Patio paver cleaning in shady backyards also clears black mildew and green algae from the joints. After cleaning, we wet-sand fresh joint sand into place. For paver cleaning and sealing, we finish with Trident Hurricane CAT 5, which has twice the urethane of other brands.
Historic downtown homes get the same careful work, with the pressure matched to each surface. See paver cleaning and driveway paver sealing for more. We also offer paver cleaning in Lakeland.
Travertine and Marble Sealing in Plant City
Travertine is less common in Plant City than paver driveways, but we see it on pool decks and patios, from Walden Lake to rural acreage. The biggest problem here is well water. Sprinklers leave orange iron stains that pressure washing alone won't remove. We treat the rust with stone-safe products before sealing.
Need travertine sealing near Plant City? We clean at low pressure, wash in matching joint sand, and apply a breathable travertine pool deck sealer. Shade from oaks can bring mildew, and sealing slows it down.
Marble Pavers and Coping in Plant City
Marble is rarer here, but we're glad to care for it. Outdoor marble cleaning must avoid acids, since marble etches easily. We use marble-safe cleaners and a penetrating sealer that leaves no film. Learn about marble sealing for Plant City homes and our stone sealing services. Closer to Brandon? See travertine sealing in Seffner.
What Paver Sealing Costs in Plant City

Every estimate is free, written, and based on measured square footage. See the full paver sealing cost guide.

What We See on Plant City Properties
Orange Rust from Well Water
Sprinklers fed by well water leave orange iron stains on pavers, walls, and pool decks. Pressure washing alone won't remove them. We treat rust before sealing so it isn't locked in under the sealer.
Larger Properties
Bigger lots mean longer driveways, larger patios, and sand, clay, and dust tracked onto pavers. Accurate measurements matter, and we give you a written estimate with the real square footage.
Mature Trees and Shade
Oaks and pines drop leaves, pollen, and tannins that stain pavers, and shady areas grow black mildew and green algae. A deep clean and a sealer that resists organic growth make upkeep easier.

What Plant City Area Customers Say
I would give them 10 stars if I could. Steve came out the day after I called him on a Sunday. He was very professional & he explained every detail of what they would do, including cleaning all of the pavers including getting all of the mold & weeds that were coming thru them. He also said that they would clean the screens on the porch as well as the mold on the outside of the pavers outside the patio & our front porch. He said they would put 3 coats of sealant as well as fill the areas that needed sand. They even moved the heavy furniture. We went over the price which was great, & 2 days later while we were away and did everything he said they would & did a great job. Steve even came out when we got home to help move furniture back onto the porch. I will definitely use them again & tell all my friends about them.
What a blessing to have such dedicated professionals as Steve and Sam, who go above and beyond to deliver a superb and thorough service. I knew from using them previously that they were proficient, but they surprised me by adding new technology to their cleaning and sealing. The pool cleaning was an added bonus, as was the selection of sand tints tailored to the paver tones. As usual, they surpassed my expectations by also pressure washing my pool screens, filtering out sealer from my filtration system, and vacuuming out sand from my slider door tracks. They are the best and their prices are very competitive.
Steve and Sam Sadler were great. We recently moved into our home and had stained and dingy pavers around the entire pool deck. Many weeds starting to pop up between the joints of the pavers in many areas. Steve thoroughly explained the multi step procedure to clean, resand and seal the pavers. They arrived exactly when they said and were very efficient and thorough! They cleaned up entire area when they were done and the pool deck looks amazing. Highly recommend this company and these brothers. Fee was more than reasonable for the work that was done. Very pleased with the whole experience!
