- White haze: efflorescence. Needs removal before sealing.
- Cloudy or peeling sealer: failed sealer. Needs stripping.
- Faded color: UV wear. Cleaning and an enhancing sealer help.

The professionalism, attention to detail and finished product of Steve and his crew was first class all the way. From the initial estimate, Steve was very thorough in explaining their extensive process to ensure you have a patio that looks brand news and is prepared to last. His team came on a Saturday to do the job as it had rained the day before, they are committed to their customers and my wife and I are very pleased with how incredible our patio now looks. Highly recommend Steve and Paver Sealing Florida.
